WHAT TO EXPECT

Nothing held back: an abundance of aromas including honeysuckle, peach, apricot and marmalade. Candied citrus, honey and apricot compote really pop against the luscious mouthfeel. Something to keep you warm on a cold Canadian winter’s night.

PRODUCTION DEETS

100% Vidal Icewine from the Four Mile Creek Appellation. Grapes were harvested and pressed while still frozen in January and a long cool fermentation in stainless steel followed. We stopped the ferment just when we thought the balance was right.
